 Kaley N. Barbera is a member of both The Florida and the New York Bar and is a graduate from New York Law School. Kaley also obtained a Master’s Degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami Graduate School of Law. While in school, Kaley was a member of the Institute for Information Law and Policy and assisted in educating small business entrepreneurs on contract law. Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder, P.A., Kaley practiced employment law in New York City, where she focused on minimum wage violations and class action lawsuits. After moving back to Florida, Kaley spent time handling mortgage foreclosure issues in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Kaley currently concentrates on estate planning and estate administration matters. Kaley is a Floridian at heart and although spending time in New York City and Kentucky during her life, she considers Florida to be her home. She is an avid Miami Hurricane fan and is proud to be a double alumni of the University of Miami. Prior to law school, Kaley spent time studying abroad in Berlin, Germany where she studied post-war architecture.
